NotesThe majority of the game was played in Honeywood's end. Our girls dominated the game from start to finish. Erica had an easy shutout only having to cover the puck 1 time with only a couple of saves to make. Our defence (Jessie, Nikita, Megan and others) moved the puck effectively out of our end carrying it well and making effective passes. Our forwards were effective putting pressure on their defence and moving the puck to the front of the net for scoring chances. Goal scorers were Syd, Hannah, Alicia (2), Megan, Cassie, and Rachel (3). The importance of having one of our forwards infront of their net with 2 hands on their stick and their stick on the ice was learned by our new players.
