Please forward, drop off or mail both of the attached forms, as well as 2 cheques payable to Wallace Minor Hockey to Lisa as soon as possible.

The ice is scheduled to go in early October and first practices will be Monday OCT 5, 2020.

Hello WMH parents,
We have heard this week that WMH’s Return to Play Plan has been approved by the Town of North Perth (allowing us to rent the facilities) and by OMHA.
This allows us to proceed with registration. We are still working on finalizing ice times and coaches. Please remember as with anything in times like this, we are proceeding one day at a time. We plan to run WMH as long as the town continues to allow us to rent the arena. This of course depends on Provincial guidelines based on the number of cases in the area. Please grant us grace if things have to change as we go along.
Attached is the registration form and a waiver as required by the town. Please fill out and sign. These forms and cheques can be dropped off at my address: 6814 Perth Line 86. Deadline Oct. 2nd 2020.
Note:
- 1 Cheque is to be dated Sept 2020 (including ½ of registration and your cash calendar funds).
- 1 Cheque dated Jan 2021 for ½ registration. If we continue to play into the new year, this cheque will be cashed.
First Time Players:
- Please watch for a second email as we will need additional forms etc from you.
Prior to our first practises, you will receive an email outlining the guidelines for the Wallace Community Centre as required by the Town of North Perth and OMHA. Based on what we know right now, 1 spectator will be allowed per skater into the arena.
