Mustangs Home Opener
The Mustangs opened their season at home and hosted Kincardine. Kincardine opened the scoring and after the first period the Mustangs were down by a goal. Kincardine scored 2 in the second and 3 in the third to take the game 6-0.
The girls played well for their first game and Kincardine has a strong team. The play was even for most of the game but when Kincardine had a chance to score they did not miss the opportunity.
Our defence played excellent and our goal tender Shelby made many great saves for us. We need to get more offence from the girls but a good game from a young team.
We are looking forward to Sunday in Lucknow.
